Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Operator and related websites and services (the "Services") provided by Corealo LLC ("Corealo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting integrations, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Operator Services
Operator is Corealo's AI operating system that helps owner-operated businesses connect accounting, banking, payroll, and operational systems and surface decision-ready insights, including daily command briefs and related recommendations. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account and business information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and authorizing only appropriate users.
- Configuring integrations lawfully and ensuring you have the right to connect third-party systems and share related data with Corealo.
- Reviewing Operator outputs before acting on them in financial, operational, employment, or customer contexts.
- Complying with applicable laws and third-party provider terms.
4. Availability
We aim to keep Operator reliable and available, but the Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and availability of third-party integrations depends on those providers.
5. Intellectual property
Corealo and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your business content and data. You grant Corealo a limited license to host, process, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the Services.
6. AI-generated recommendations
Operator may generate AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, alerts, and decision support. These outputs are informational tools, not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for business decisions and for verifying information before taking action. Corealo does not guarantee that any recommendation is complete, accurate, or suitable for your circumstances.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corealo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Corealo for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid any fees.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use Operator ends, and we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.
